Brenda Marlene Dalton Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Brenda Dalton, 75, of Yucaipa, California, was born on June 20, 1946 to the late Wayland “Tex” Dalton and Mary Surratt Dalton. She returned to our heavenly Father on October 4, 2021. She is preceded in death by her mom and dad, Tex and Mary Dalton, her brothers Bobby Reeves Dalton and Wayland Wallace Dalton. She is survived by her sister Sonja Ewing and her brother Robert Lynn Dalton (Tammy); her daughters Jannette Rickard, (Wes); Shelley Marshall, (James); her grandchildren James Marshall II, Christopher Marshall, Alexander Marshall, Shannele Garner-Drennen (Roger), Devlin Garner (Shayna), Nick Rickard (Renee); great-grandchildren Jaden Drennen, Kiersten Drennen, James Drennen, Zachary Drennen, Isabella Drennen, Kody Garner-Drennen, Caden Garner-Drennen, Nevaeh Garner-Drennen, Easton Falconer, and Oliver Garner; her nieces Ticia Rouckus and Candace Nichols (Sean) and her nephew, Kurtis Ewing (Marcela); her great-nieces Gabriella Hennelly (Thomas), Sascha Andres (Christina Fornecker), Taylor Garcia, and great-nephew Ian Krupp. Many loving friends and extended family too. She was a beacon of love to so many people in her life. She led a life of service and provided full-time caregiving for her mother for many years. She always took the opportunity to lift people up even when she was facing struggles and challenges of her own. She was a wonderful example of Christ’s love and acceptance and never missed an opportunity to encourage everyone to seek Him out with all of our needs and reminded us to be grateful too. The strength and resilience she demonstrated all through her life taught us all to keep moving forward. She was never one to give in to despair or disappointment. There would never been enough days for us to have our fill of her in our lives and we will miss her for the rest of our lives, until we are reunited with her in eternity. Her legacy is one of faith, hope, strength, acceptance, and love. We are all better for having known and loved her. Services will be announced at a later date.
